How You'll Use This App
(the tabs located at the bottom of your screen)
DASHBOARD
The dashboard is where you will find a list of everything you've tracked that day, your Fitbritt Daily GROUP, along with your progress widgets and then Achievements. You can customize what widgets are displayed and their order by tapping the cog on the right. For the most part the dash is pretty self explanatory, but feel free to drop your questions in the group if you need help at any point.
CALENDAR:
The calendar displays everything you track! You can also create your own schedule by tapping the plus (+) sign, tap 'today' at the top and choose which 1 or multiple days (for repeated activities), this will create daily reminders if you need help staying on track!
PROGRAM:
Your Fitbritt Daily workouts and interval based cardio sessions are located here along with your program description, instructions and links. You can choose a workout from here or simply hit the (+) button to open the quick add menu and select your workout from there.
**CARDIO** if you want to add a regular steady state cardio session, tap the PLUS sign, choose 'General' and log your cardio specific activity from there. (daily barn chores and working horses are part of your normal daily routine, do not track these as cardio).
GOALS:
Here you will see your daily nutrition goals. If you are a coaching client, you may have other body stat and activity goals listed here as well.
MEAL PLAN:
Here you will find your meal plan(s). You can swap out any of these meals for another meal similar in nutrient value by tapping the swap sign in the top right corner of the meal pic/vid and opening the dropdown.
Tap 'Ate Today' to track your meals or use the meal plans as a guide and track your intake with Myfitnesspal or Fitbitt.
MESSAGING:
You’ll be getting personal reminders and notifications from me through the app messenger. But all of our communication will be through the group where you can @ me.
2 way messaging is reserved for 1:1 prep/transformational coaching clients. You may find the answers to common FBD questions under the FAQs tab on this page. Check there first. If you still need clarification or you would like to upgrade your coaching plan, you can always email me directly stephbfitcoach@gmail.com.
POPUP PROGRESS CHECKS
Every once in a while I will do a Pop-Up Progress Check. The link will be live for only a DAY OR 2, at random, so be sure to keep your notifications turned on and your CALENDAR UP TO DATE by tracking your workouts, meals, pics and body stats before submitting a check in.
Without this DATA I CAN’T MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR PLAN.
