If you were to head somewhere and just start walking for an hour or so, how would you know how far you’d actually walked if you didn’t know where you started?


You wouldn’t know at all. The same is true in fitness:

You are going to establish a starting point and assess your progress periodically.  


On your app calendar you will find weekly body stat and progress pic reminders. Be sure you are updating these when they come around. Your progress in these three areas will determine what adjustments need to be made to your activity and nutrition plans to keep you on track for your goals. 


You can hold, drag and drop these reminders to a different day in the calendar if it's better for you, just don't skip them!
