  • 3 major GOALS written AS IF you have already accomplished them. They don't have to be fitness related.

  • 3 things you are GRATEFUL for at that moment (these don’t have to be fitness/health related).


During the day:

  • Track your meals and workouts in the Fitbritt app


End of day:

Reflect on your day:

  • List your setbacks if any, along with how you can avoid them in the future.

  • List 3 WINS from your day and note, how did they make you feel?


Keep this positive feeling with you the rest of the night
