Eat from your personalized meal plan everyday. You can swap any of these meals by tapping the swap button in the top right corner of the meal picture. It's easiest to prep for a few days at a time repeating the same meal plan. Or alternate between up to 3 different plans if you prefer more variety. Do what you like best and fits your lifestyle. To track these meals tap Ate Today from that Meal Plan
If you prefer to create and track your own meals, you will find your macronutrient goals under the Goals tab at the bottom of your screen. Simply log the food items individually, be sure to adjust the serving size of each to hit your macro goals for that meal. If you have a meal or food items that you eat often, you can save/favorite them to make tracking quick and easy. Also, once you get a few days of tracking under your belt, the app keeps your most recent logged items at the top eliminating the need to scan or search again.
