The first way is to track your meals directly from your meal plan. Every day, you'll get a selection of delicious and nutritious recipes to choose from. All you have to do is tap "Ate Today" on the meal you eat and it'll be tracked for you. It's that easy!
The second way is to track your meals by adding individual food items. If you prefer to make your own meals or want to track something you don't see on the meal plan, you can easily add the individual food items to your food log. You can search through our extensive database of thousands of food items, or add your own custom items.
No matter which way you choose to track your meals, you'll be able to see your progress and make sure you're on track to reach your goals. So don't worry about tracking your food - it's easier than you think!
